Note 1. Nature of Operations and Consolidation The Company is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. These financial statements represent the consolidated financial statements of Rezolute, Inc. (“Rezolute”), and its wholly owned operating subsidiary AntriaBio Delaware, Inc. (“Antria Delaware”). Rezolute and Antria Delaware are collectively referred to herein as the “Company”. All significant intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. |
