Note 5 Related Party Transactions During the three and six months ended December 31, 2017, the Company incurred investor relations expense of $33,322 and $33,322 and general and administrative expenses of $67,439 and $67,439, see Note 8 for discussion related to warrants issued as compensation for such services. During the three and six months ended December 31, 2016, the Company incurred investor relations expense of $31,050 and $67,275 and general and administrative expenses of $13,928 and $13,928 for services performed by related parties of the Company and were included in the statement of operations. As of December 31, 2017, and June 30, 2017, there were none and $25,200, respectively, related party expenses recorded in accounts payable and accrued expense – related party. |
