NOTE 13 — SUBSEQUENT EVENT The Company held a special meeting of stockholders that concluded on October 28, 2019, whereby the stockholders approved an amendment to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation to provide authority for the Company’s Board of Directors to subsequently effect a Reverse Stock Split of the Company’s $0.001 par value Common Stock at a ratio ranging between 1-to-20 and 1-to-100. Please refer to Note 5 for additional information about the Reverse Stock Split. |
