(“Rezolute”), and its wholly owned operating subsidiary AntriaBio Delaware, Inc. (“Antria Delaware”). Rezolute and Antria Delaware are collectively referred to herein as the “Company”. The Company is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. |
