Effective August 19, 2019, Seline Miller’s employment with Rezolute Inc. (the “Company”) terminated and she is no longer serving as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Ms. Miller’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
